Limo Lingo
Limousines usually come in four sizes: small, medium, large, and extra large. The smallest is usually a town car or classic automobile; a stretch limousine could be considered a medium; a large is the super stretch; and extra large encompasses popular maximum capacity SUV limousines. Town Car or Classic Automobile If you’re planning a smaller celebration and only need transportation for the two of you, a town car or classic auto with a driver may be just the right fit. Town car is the general term for a chauffeured luxury sedan that usually seats two or three people com- fortably. A classic auto can be anything
from a 1930s Bentley to a silver Rolls- Royce sedan. When it comes to your wed- ding, two’s company, and three’s definitely a crowd, so we’d recommend renting a classic automobile or town car if you and your groom will be the only passengers.
Stretch Limo The standard in limousines, the stretch seats 6-8 passengers comfortably and has all the glamour of the super stretch, but on a smaller scale. Televisions and DVD players are fairly standard in stretch limos, and most have a small bar for drinks or cocktails.
