Crawford Rotunda
Motor on over to the Crawford Rotunda for your next social occasion. The high-ceilinged Rotunda is centered in the main gallery of antique, vintage, and classic automobiles, rare aircraft, and motorcycles that represent Northeast Ohio’s rich transportation history. Make the collection part of your event, or let it simply be the backdrop. Use the lower level for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Either way, it is a great way to show off Cleveland. The Crawford Rotunda can accommodate up to 300 people for a banquet-style event or up to 500 cocktail style.

Euclid Beach Grand Carousel Glass Pavilion
Make memories that will last a lifetime! Bring a bit of nostalgia to your event by adding Cleveland’s Euclid Beach Park Grand Carousel. The restored carousel is fully operational. Add it as a stationary display, or let your guests ride throughout the evening. Daytime party packages are also available.
 
Hay-McKinney Mansion
For a truly historic and ornate setting, reserve the Hay-McKinney Reception Hall and entertain in the early-twentieth-century elegance of the Gilded Age. The reception hall accommodates up to 50 guests for a cocktail party. A spectacular sit-down dinner for your 10 closest friends or colleagues may be scheduled in the formal dining room. Add outdoor charm in the warmer months with cocktails in the Hay Vanderbrook Garden. The garden accommodates up to 200 for cocktails or 80 for an elegant wedding ceremony. An open lawn space adjacent to the garden is perfect for a tented reception.

Hanna Courtyard Garden
The Hanna Courtyard Garden is an intimate courtyard lush with trees, flowers, and historic stonework. Invite up to 200 guests for a wedding ceremony or cocktail party. All garden rentals include reservation of an indoor gallery in the event of rain. Consider transforming the garden in a reception space during cocktail hour.

Norton Gallery
The Norton Gallery is ideal for 100 to 130 guests seated banquet style or 200 guests for a cocktail reception – with special exhibits throughout the event space. Day or evening, this room can be exclusively yours.

Conference Center & Meeting Spaces
All meeting spaces can be reserved for your group during regular museum hours or for an evening event. Spaces can accommodate 10 to 100 people. Rentals include use of tables and chairs set up theater, classroom, or banquet style. Podium, audiovisual equipment, and wireless access are also available in select spaces. Upgrade to a four-speaker sound system for an additional fee.
