The Lotus Room is the smallest, seating 50 guests.  This room offers an intimate, quaint atmosphere for baby/ bridal shows or business meetings.  The Boeckling Room holds up to 100 guests, ideally suited for cocktail parties or rehearsal dinners.  This room offers the charm of the waterfront with luxury, privacy and a romantic stone fireplace.  Clinkers Waterfront Ballroom with outdoor patio is the next in size seating 150 guests.  There are large windows to give a view of the waterfront and beautiful wood flooring.  This room has a more nautical casual feel with an elegant twist for a smaller reception. 

The Starlite Ballroom can seat up to 400 guests.  It is the more intimate elegant room with exquisite gold and crystal chandeliers and great architectural detailing.This room also has beautiful wood flooring.  The largest room is the Compass Point Ballroom.This room has seating up to 550guests and has an amazing view of the Sandusky Bay.The lightning in this room gives it a more fun party feel with chandeliers that can change to your wedding colors and hanging lights from the industrial type ceiling.  Large industrial doors in the room open up and lead out to a patio area with pier, where we light tiki torches and an outdoor fire pit.Lyman offers lawn areas for outdoor wedding ceremonies, with a picture perfect view overlooking Cedar Point Amusement Park and the waterfront boardwalks.  Lyman provides full service catering and bar service.
